I Tried
I have tried to be “cool” and listen to post-rock.
I don’t get it, obviously.
I think I”m more about music and sounds, than lyrics. I like a great lyric as much as the next person, but the “sound” is where it’s at, for me.
And that’s a big problem with post-rock. The music aspect doesn’t come up to my standards.
How long has this been going on?

Surely there are multiple tiers for payments. If you’re Springsteen, I doubt indie bands are getting the same rate.
I don’t know. There’s really nothing to be done about it. Spotify’s clearly become the ‘new’, big, bad label, fucking artists.
