Punk rock is about rebellion. No if, ands or buts.

And ‘Glee’ is not rebellion. It’s conformity. 

It’s as mainstream as mainstream can be. And there’s nothing wrong with that. 

But don’t tell me you’re all about punk rock ethos, if you watch and like ‘Glee’.

Part of this problem, has to do with the “alternative lifestyle” actually being co opted into the mainstream culture over the past 20 years. 

‘Punk’ has lost a lot of meaning and impact….
